OVERVIEW At Revayah, every order is prepared with intention and care. We are committed to delivering your pieces in a timely and reliable manner while maintaining the standard of excellence that defines our brand. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods (such as launches, restocks, or promotions), processing times may be extended. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated Delivery Times United States: 3-7 Business Days International: 7-21 Business Days Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Revayah proudly ships worldwide. Please Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local government and are not controlled by Revayah. We are committed to full transparency so your experience is seamless from checkout to delivery. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, and delays caused by custom authorities are not within our control.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION Customers responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. Original shipping cost are non-refundable.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Revayah is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for: Lost or stolen packages, delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect delivery by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
FAILED DELIVERY / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES If a package is: refused, unclaimed, returned to sender the customer is responsible for: reshipping costs and/or any additional fees incurred
SHIPPING PROTECTION To enhance your experience, shipping protection may need to be offered at checkout. If selected, this provides coverage for: lost packages, damaged items in transit If shipping protection is not selected, Revayah is not responsible for these issues.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or fulfillment location.
DELIVERY DELAYS While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to: carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, high order volume. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes, however Revayah is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. As a result: changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
