Returns & Exchanges
At Revayah, every piece is designed to move with you. Confidently, purposely and with intention. If something doesn't feel quite right, we're here to make the experience seamless.
Our Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging with all tags attached
- Free from makeup, deodorant or any markings
We kindly ask that all pieces are tried on with care. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We offer complimentary exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, the return will be processed under our standard return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse and pass our quality evaluation, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Allow an additional 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- Pictures of the invoice
- Pictures of the incorrect/damaged item, including the sewn-in size label
- Pictures of the label on the transparent ziplock bag, if you received a wrong item
We will resolve it with care and priority at no additional cost to you.
